Under the glow of the harvest sky, guests gathered for an evening where food told a story — one of soil, seasons, and community. Our Farm-to-Table Experience brought together local farmers, artisans, and passionate food lovers for a night of connection, creativity, and flavor.

Every dish reflected the heart of Minnesota’s land — heirloom vegetables handpicked from local farms, Mangalitsa pork slow-cooked to perfection, garden herbs clipped just hours before plating, and honey harvested from the hives of our friends down the road.

This was more than a dinner — it was a reminder that the best meals begin in the field and end at the table shared with friends.

• Braised Mangalitsa Pork with root vegetables & apple cider jus

• Gluten-Free Tres Leches Trifle topped with cinnamon cream and local berries
